The Basic Food Hygiene course can be completed by anyone who wishes to enrol, whether it be relevant to your job or you simply want to gain knowledge in this area. Food hygiene is of use to everyone. This informative course uses aids such as videos and uses activities aimed at providing candidates with knowledge and confidence in using their skills. All candidates will also recieve a food hygiene handbook containing up-to-date information with regards to food hygiene. The course is also relevant for anybody who is working towards an NVQ in Care. The topics covered in the course are: cleanliness; storage; preparation; cooking; hygiene in the kitchen; infection; cleaning routines. The Basic Food Hygiene course is VOISE accredited and upon completion of the course the candidate will receive a certificate. Cost The commercial price for this course is £75.
