The Certificate in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector (CTLLS) is suitable for candidates who want an introduction to teaching, want to take the next steps in their teaching career, or are already in an associate teacher role (teaching on public funded course(s) in the Lifelong Learning Sector in England). Candidates must have completed the PTLLS course before they can do CTLLS.

CTLLS comprises of two mandatory units and one optional unit from a selection of optional units.

Candidates must be able to teach for at least 30 hours in a recognised location during the programme. Each session will need to be documented and FOUR sessions observed.
