Safeguarding of Children and Young People can be completed by anyone who wishes to enrol, whether it be relevant to your job or you simply want to gain knowledge in this area. This course is very full and informative.

The course is particularly relevant for anybody who is working towards an NVQ in Care, especially child care.

The topics covered in the course are: sexual abuse; emotional abuse; neglect; physical abuse; fabricated or inducted illness; letting a child confide in you; reporting abuse.

The Safeguarding of Children and Young People course is VOISE accredited and upon completion of the course the candidate will receive a certificate.
