Advice and Guidance (Level 2 NVQ) E-mail
The Level 2 qualification is aimed at workers who are in administrative or customer service functions, but who are aiming to become practitioners in Advice and Guidance. Collaboration with others, perhaps through membership of a work group or team, may often be a requirement.

You will be assessed in six areas. Three of these are core: establish contact with clients; review own contribution to the service; supply information materials to clients.

Then there are four further areas from which you select three: enable clients to gain access to the service; identify the requirements of clients; assist clients to gain access to other services; maintain information materials for use in the service.
