Six of these are core: develop and maintain open and honest relationships with interested parties; obtain and provide information relating to housing; manage activities to meet requirements; manage the use of financial resources; develop your own resources; lead the work of teams and individuals to achieve their objectives.

Then there are a wide range of other areas from which you select three, for example: agree support packages to meet customer needs; develop and maintain procedures for customer participation; contribute to the financial management of your organisation; contribute to feasibility studies on proposed developments; carry out stock condition surveys; involve customers in the management of the organisation; issue a design brief and assess the viability of the design solution.
