Courses: full payment must be received before the course commences unless other arrangements have been agreed with the Office. Cancellation: If you have to cancel your place on a course and give us over two weeks notice we will credit that payment, substitutions are welcome, however if it is within two weeks of the course commencing we will not credit your payment.

NVQ’s: If you leave a programme part way through the initial payment is non-refundable as this covers the awarding body registration fees. The remaining balance is calculated against the amount of Assessor/Trainer time utilised by you to the point in time of notifying Voise of the withdrawl.
