Cathy Keany (Customer Care Manager)
Job Role: I am responsible for dealing with all aspects of customer care and support. My job tasks include liaising with customers and candidates, dealing with new businesses and ensuring that VOISE provides a high quality service.

David Kevill (Finance Director)
Job Role: I make sure that the company's financial systems and controls run smoothly. I also deal with any finance queries and make everybody in the office laugh with my terrible sense of humour!

David Whittaker (Development Director)
Job Role: It is my responsibility to ensure VOISE Ltd networks successfully with other organisations within the Health and Social Care sector. I also develop new initiatives and maintain contact with members.

Harmanjot Puri (Trainee Accounts Assistant)
Job Role: I work as a finance assistant, which involves assisting the finance director, and dealing with the day to day finance administration.

Lucy Steele (Training Technician)
Job Role: I deal with all the course bookings and I also deal with arranging the unit summary sheets to send to the LWDP. I am also in charge of the course certificates which includes receiving them and posting them out.
Favourite Part of My Job: Meeting new people when courses are on and I enjoy finding information and chasing things up for customers.
Martin McKenna-Evatt ( Development Manager)
Job Role: As development manager i look after a number of projects and manage the training function with VOISE. I also monitor the quality of training delivered at VOISE and regularly liaise with funders, employers and candidates.
Favourite Part of My Job: Seeing candidates develop during their courses and giving out certificates.

Neil Byers (Network/Marketing Advisor)
Job Role: My role is to introduce new members to VOISE and to ensure that existing members are happy with the service they receive. I am probably one of the first points of contact for VOISE members. I also work as an LWDP networker.
Favourite Part of My Job: Meeting new people and building up good relations with the members that we have. I enjoy being able to talk to people and discuss issues that affect them.

Trevor Hahn (Quality Assurance)
Job Role: My main role within VOISE is quality manager. This means that I ensure systems and procedures within VOISE are all of the desired quality. I also work as an assessor and internal verfier.
